Pichai Fish Sauce Co. Ltd.
has been a pure fish sauce producer for over sixty years under the continuously diversified
its range if quality product to satisfy customer being its prime purpose. |
Being the supreme quality, only the fresh anchovy fish
are accepted as raw material. It then will be mixed with salt by the unique salt mixture
machine. The fish mixture is then fermented in natural condition for at least 12 months
until the fish sauce derived without preservative, MSG and artificial coloring. |
The fish sauce has the following ingredients:
Anchovy fish, salt and sugar. |
